My Upcoming Schedule Of ClassesUpdate: November 2020
For anyone who needs a scholarship due to pandemic hardships, I have Tuesday or Thursday night classes which are FREE through UCI Medical Center. The course is five three-hour Lamaze classes.
For those who can pay, my private Sunday afternoon class is available for $300. My private multi-couple course is six three-hour class and includes an additional 4-hour Infant Instinct Breastfeeding Workshop.
UCI course participants who also want the breastfeeding workshop can take it for $75. Email me at alohalamaze@aol.com or call me at 808-263-BABY/2229. I do not text.

Authentic Lamaze Classes
The course is available as six 3-hour classes or five 4-hour Lamaze classes, typically a week apart. It includes an invitation to the Infant Instinct Breastfeeding Workshop (see below for details and schedule). The Lamaze class is best taken 6 to 10 weeks before your due date.
The Lamaze Class is $300 per couple.

Infant Instinct Breastfeeding®
This is a four-hour workshop for expectant mothers and birth partners that dispels myths, fills in blank spots with truth, teaches what to get rid of, and teaches ease of mother-baby dance to latch and have pain-free nipples. These techniques are not taught in American hospitals or at hospital bedsides.
I offer free phone follow-ups for participants. Without workshop: $75/3-hour phone or Zoom consult. Pick a date before, during, or soon after your Lamaze course. Courses are for expectant parent couples. This method is FLAWLESS, PAINLESS, and EASY, right from birth! $75 per couple or FREE with the Authentic Lamaze Class.
Unless otherwise noted, Infant Instinct Breastfeeding Workshops are typically on Saturdays, noon through 4PM. Please bring along your meal or snacks.
